Where do we ship to?
Currently, we only ship to within the United Kingdom.

How long does it take an order to be processed?

That depends on the items within the order. For more specifics, see the descriptions of the items you are ordering.

Will I have to pay for delivery?
For orders over £25, the costs of delivery after purchase is paid for by us. For orders £25 or under, the cost of delivery is paid for by the customer.

How long does an order take to be delivered?
It takes between three and five business days.*
*I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

If I wish to cancel my order?
Any order can be cancelled until the order has been dispatched.
